Chez Ronnee Spring 2010 housing...any takers??

Hey guys!

So I'm studying abroad in Spain the Spring 2010 semester and need a girl to take over my lease when I'm gone. The apartment is 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms, fully furnished with dresser, desk, full bed, etc and new carpet (installed August 2009).
Chez Ronnee is conveniently located on Shrine Place- only a block or two from campus and is known for being a highly desirable and social building.
The apartment complex also has a courtyard in the middle with fire pits and barbecues, making it the perfect location to throw a party.
Roommates are really sweet girls -- good students who also like to have a good time. If you're interested, you're totally welcome to come over and get to know them beforehand. Rent is $830/month but price is negotiable.

You can also email me at borresen@usc.edu if you're interested...want to see pictures...etc.
