Lease an apartment in one of the most popular apartment complexes at USC! The Tower is located a block from campus at the intersection of 29th St and Hoover. The popular 2-9 Cafe is right across the street as is Fraternity row. Our apartment has granite countertops, maple cabinets, heating and air conditioning, access secured entries, convenient laundry facilities and maintenance staff. We also have all kitchen appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a large closet with sliding door mirrors. There is a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The rent is $1850 per month ($925 split between two roommates.) If you needed furniture, we could talk to you about leaving you some or all of ours for no extra cost (we have a couch, a futon, a table with 6 chairs, 2 mattresses and a center table). We would be looking to lease the apartment from January until the end of July. We could also negotiate about taking over the lease for next year (those who live at the Tower have priority over people who are trying to get a lease who have not lived here.)
