HUGE single room available for spring -- $710, all utilities included!

I am subletting my HUGE single room on Portland for the spring semester. The apartment is located at 23rd & Portland (right by 23rd St Café) and is shared with two incredibly nice and considerate female roommates.

The room is very bright and spacious, with big windows and a bench/window seat that runs the length of one wall. There is a big closet, crown molding, and hardwood floors. The rest of the second-floor apartment is well-kept and spacious as well.

The room is a really great deal -- $710/mo, which includes all utilities, tandem parking on-site, washer/dryer in the apartment, and central AC/heating. The lease ends May 16th, so no need to worry about subletting for summer. If you need furniture, I will be selling all of mine come December anyway, so I would gladly cut you a good deal on my bed, (CLEAN!) mattress, desk, dresser, and bookshelf.
