SPRING 2010 Apartment on Shrine Place. Paid utilities! Cable and internet included in rent

SPRING 2010 ROMA apartment 1Bd/1Ba available as soon as December 18th. I'm moving into my sorority house and I need someone to take over the lease. The apartment is managed by USC so you need to be a student to rent it. The building is really safe it is gated and has brand new security cameras on the property. The apartment is right between USC campus and the Row, so it's in a very convenient location. The rent includes; private gym, one parking spot, cable (including HBO and Showtime) and wireless internet. The utilities each month are cheap too, and I am willing to pay the majority of them. New floors and carpeting this year. Free Soapy Joes laundry service! Also some furniture can come with the apartment and you can also come see the apartment before if you want.
