Great University Apartment

Are there any girls out there looking for a great USC apartment? Then you are in luck. I have one spot for a girl in Troy Hall, which is a USC housing apartment building for undergraduates.

The apartment is just off campus, and a short 7 minute bike ride to Tommy Trojan. The location is also very close to the Row and the UV and in my opinion on of the nest places to live. There are two spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms to accommodate a total of four girls (as of right now only one spot is available). There is also a huge living room and a full kitchen.

The building has a lot of amenities including a lounge, a gym, laundry rooms, study rooms, and a great courtyard. The building is also really safe since DPS has their evening command post just outside the building and other 24hour security personnel.
