Share a one bedroom apartment on Ellendale $650 a month. Girls only please

The apartment is located in Ellendale Trojan (2620 Ellendale). Prime location in the North University Park area, lots of students living in the building and the area. The apartment comes with one parking space and the apartment comes completely furnished and you can use my bed, desk, and chair for the semester if you'd like. You can move in as early as mid December and the lease lasts until mid May. This is a one bedroom one bathroom apartment and you would be sharing the room with my current roommate Katie.
