Live in Troy Apartments for USC Housing in Spring 2010!

I'm here to tell you about the opportunity to live in a splendid apartment, Troy Hall, during Spring 2010.

You will live in a room with one other roommate on the block between 30th and 32nd street. The address is 3025 Royal Street. You have access to a full kitchen and living room, a bathroom with two sinks and a shower, as well as a balcony.

Plus you get all the amenities that USC Housing has to offer, including a repair service at your disposal as well as meeting rooms that you can use. Each living room is equipped with air conditioning. The rate is $3175 for the entire semester. Utilities are included and the apartment is already fully furnished. The central location, large, spacious rooms, beautiful common areas, and USC Housing guarantee make it a wonderful place to live during your spring semester.
