SPRING 2010 USC HOUSING $2950/SEMESTER

Do you need USC housing for the 2010 spring semester?

I am currently residing in CENTURY I Apartments (right off of Jefferson and Orchard Ave) and because of certain personal circumstances, I need to move out.

It is a 2 bedroom/4 person unit (so you would be sharing the room with one other person).

Utilities, cable, and internet included.
Full kitchen and full bath.
It only takes 2 minutes to bike or 5 minutes to walk to the nearest gate of campus.

You'd only be paying $2950 for the one semester (that is approximately $650-700 a month, I believe upon request you can pay monthly).

TO QUALIFY:
You cannot have an existing USC Housing Contract.

Please contact me, Eunice Lee, at (213) 309-7834, or email me at eunicehl@usc.edu or eun915@gmail.com.
