Sublet available for summer 2010: $625/mo. single room in house on 28th St. parking/util. included!

I'm a USC student going home for the summer, but my lease isn't up until the end of July. If you're interested in a room for all or part of the summer, please send me an email at jenevein@usc.edu. I can also send pictures.

The room is very large and comes with a bed, desk, chair, and drawers. There are a sink and two mirrors in the room and a large (although not walk-in) closet. The bathroom is right across the hall. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, and there is a lounge down the hall with a TV. Laundry facilities on-site. Parking, utilities, wireless internet, and cable TV are all included in the price. The house is located on W 28th St,. about a 5 minute bike or 15 minute walk to campus.
