So I hope you haven't found housing yet because I have an amazing, fun place on W. 29th that is a SINGLE for only $800. The apartment has five super fun girls (so 6 total) and is a 4 BR apartment with a common living room, eating area, and kitchen. You would only be sharing the bathroom with one girl which is a huge plus! We all work together to work around study schedules, but also like to have fun (If you want to meet the girls we can most definitely Skype or something).

I am currently fitting in my room a full bed and desk. There is a closet (But without a door) and a HUGE armoire. There are two balconies and even our front door has a nice balcony as we're upstairs. Downstairs is a patio area with a bbq and area to lounge/entertain. I also have a parking space which can be negotiated with the other girls if you want to bring a car.

Let me know (even if not interested) as I would LOVE to have you live here and I think you'd like it too.

Hi Sarah,
My roommate is graduating this semester so I need a new roommate for the Spring. We live on Menlo and Adams, a 10 minute bike ride from 'SC in a beautiful, clean 2 story apartment with:

2 bedrooms (I'm in one of them, I'm renting out the other),
1.5 Bathrooms
Spacious Living Room
Kitchen
Laundry in the building

The rent is also only $800 plus utilities for your own room that you can fit a full sized bed and a couch in PLUS it has a walk in closet and there's a parking lot next to our building that you can park in.
Security Deposit TBD
If you want two people to rent out the room, we can work out rent accordingly.
