Hey guys, my roommate and I are both going to London next semester and are leaving a furnished double in Chez Ronnee behind. If you have anyone else you’d like to room with this would be a nice opportunity to choose your roommate and not leave it up to the random USC system. The room has its own bathroom and is part of a 5-person unit with a shared common room and kitchen. The bedroom is spacious and comes with two full-sized beds and mattresses, two desks, two nightstands, two closets, and a bureau. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and every necessary cooking and eating utensil provided. The common room has a dinner table, leather couch, coffee table, and a 37-inch flat screen HDTV with cable as well as an N64 and Xbox 360. There are four washing machines and six driers in the complex, strong strength from USC Wireless plus an available router, air conditioning, as well as a free 24-hour gym a one minute walk away that is open only to students who live in Westar Housing (the company that runs Chez). You’ll also have one free parking spot in a secure garage beneath Chez Ronnee. Westar is now owned by University Housing so payment ($839/month per person) is easy and done through your monthly USC bill, so you don’t have to worry about paying the rent late.
