AMAING CLOSET SPACE! Free 1 month of Rent! Sublet my apartment Spring 2011

Seeking a female USC student roommate for Spring 2011! Share a spacious one
bedroom, one bath apartment conveniently located just off the Greek row at 2611 S Portland St. USC parking lot 45 is just across the street and there’s a tram stop right outside the building.

It’s a short walk to campus and is within the DPS and CSC patrol boundaries. The unit is on the first floor with easy access to the patio area as well as the laundry room. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, lots of storage and a microwave! Excellent storage includes a wall-to-wall closet in the bedroom and another large closest in the living room. Includes air conditioning and central heat. Wifi is already installed.

The current roommate is willing to loan furniture including a lofted bed, large desk, bookshelves, and a small dresser. Rent is $812 per month plus thecost of utilities and AT&T services. JANUARY’S RENT IS FREE! Please contact Mary
