Sublease: Large room in house, raised ceilings, lrg closet, front/backyard, wash/dry,great roommates

Hey fellow study abroad students,

I will be leaving for Japan for Spring 2011 and am looking for someone to sublease my room. The room is large, carpeted, painted and has raised ceilings and a walk-in closet. It is part of a 4-bedroom house with large kitchen, large living room, washer & dryer in house, Air conditioning and front/backyard with flowers & fruit trees. My current roommates are extremely friendly and more than easy to get along with. In addition, the nearby church that owns the house is a pleasure to work with and are quick to address any problems. The room has abundant space for furniture and belongings (I comfortably have a queen-size bed, oversized sitting chair, desk, etc.). This is a great private space for any student. The house is located off of Hoover & Adams (1188 W. 24th st.) and takes me 5 minutes to bike to campus. Please feel free to call/text/email me anytime if you are interested!
