Apartment for Sublet Spring 2011

Hi there! For anybody looking for housing for spring 2011, we have a great 1 bedroom apartment located in The Tower, just across the street from the 2-9 and the row. The room is available for 1 or 2 people. It is currently furnished for 2 people and there is more than enough room. In addition to the 1 bedroom it includes a bathroom, living room and kitchen with laundry facilities in the building. Rent is $1875 a month for the whole unit or $937.50 if shared. There is also a parking spot right in front of the unit for an additional $100 if needed, but not required. Email me at smwilson@usc.edu if interested!
