HOUSING FOR GIRLS or BOYS ON THE ROW at USC--Spring

If there is any one interested in living on the row in a wonderful co-ed house please let me know (if you are a girl, boys and girls are allowed in your room, as opposed to a sorority house!)

More about the house:

-it is extremely clean

-always quiet (sounds proof windows/walls)

-great location

-very reasonable in price!!! (price is negotiable)

-parking lot

-a meal plan is available

-full sized beds

-safe with cameras all around the inside and outside of the house

The room that I live in now is extremely comfortable, spacious, and has access to the balcony in the front of the house! It is a great place to live if you want to have the experience of living on the row and still having your own quiet space.

*Also if you were planning on living with a friend(s) that can be arranged as well!

Email me at kmparker@usc.edu or call me (925)640-3531 if you are interested or want to check the house out!
