Housing for SPRING 2012

Hi all,

I'm looking for someone to sublet a room in a 3-bedroom apartment on Ellendale Place next year in the spring 2012 semester, but the room is available through summer 2012. The room is the largest of three with its own half bathroom and balcony.

It is $800 per month (negotiable), which includes water and trash expenses. Parking is available for $75 per month. It can come partially or fully furnished, whichever you prefer.
