Fall 2011 Single 1 block west of campus- $800/mo

Hey I'm headed abroad for the fall, so I'm looking for someone to sublet my single room a block west of campus (the corner of 36th place and Catalina). You'd be living with 2 other people, both in their own rooms, one guy and one girl, who are both Engineers, so they generally keep their apt clean and quiet. Water and trash are included in rent, and the best part is that our landlord has a bunch of furniture she'll let us use, so if you don't have a bed or desk just ask her and you can use one that she has! There are also laundry machines IN the apt. And it's on the second floor. It has a nice kitchen and living room.
