Spring Housing Available in the New Mansion

I will be studying abroad in the Spring and my roommate is graduating after this semester so we have a full room available in the New Mansion (3025 Figueroa just south of 30th St.). The New Mansion is really nice, has a gym and rec room, and also has a great location right next to the row and 9-0 but not far from campus. Our room is already fully furnished and has its own bathroom. The apartment comes with a full kitchen and is shared with two other guys who are easy to get along with. The room is for two people to share the rent but if you wanted to do a single we could work out a reasonable rate. Please email me if you are interested or have any questions.
