Spring 2012 Cardinal Gardens Spot Available

Interested in getting a spot in USC's Cardinal Gardens Apartments?

Contact me now if you're interested! This has been a great home this last semester, and I would definitely continue living here if it weren't for the fact that some last-minute study abroad details have changed. Thus, I need to find someone to take my lease as soon as possible. Details below!

CarGar is right across the street from campus, meaning you're within a 5 minute biking distance from Tommy Trojan - the center of campus - and within a 1 minute walking distance from campus itself (literally right across the street).

The apartment space is relatively new, with kitchen, bath/toilet/sink (separate), living room, and two bedrooms. I have the bigger of the two bedrooms (see the floor plan here: http://housing.usc.edu/HousingOptions/Buildings.aspx?bID=CAR), which comes with a walk-in closet, and big windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Take a look at the 360 degree views of the three rooms I made of the actual place (not just a generic room - this is the actual apartment you'll be living in!)

Living Room: http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=21af2f3f-042c-4e69-9e11-95334c8ec38d
Bathroom: http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=2c3aec32-77d3-470a-86ae-a0d27073e3d6
Bedroom: http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=afb03c8b-f29c-45ea-86f4-fdb555f603b0

The $3,820 cost covers the lease for the entire semester. The only thing not included in the price is electricity (which is around $1.50 per month...), and there is a possibility to get a parking space right in front of your door for an additional cost.

As previously stated, contact me TODAY if you're interested. This spot is likely to go fast due to its convenient location.
