Tuscany Luxury Student housing --> room available for Spring '12 (and through summer '12)

Hello,
my room in Tuscany 3760 S. Figueroa Apt. 527 will be available for the Spring '12 semester and during the summer until July 29th 2012. This room is a shared room that is priced at $720/ month and is within unit 527 (the largest unit within the building). Considering the prices and luxury style rooms within Tuscany (which range above $900 on average to share a room; even more expensive to have you own), $720 is bargain (had some help in getting a reduced price). The room is furnished with a bed and mattress, a desk, a dresser, and even a small vizio tv. Please contact me (my name is Blake)if interested and I can see what kind of deal I can give you.
