Subleasing Private Room for spring 2015 and summer 2015

GIRLS ONLY.
Subleasing one single bedroom on 27th st, between Adams, Figueroa, 28th and Hoover.
It is a one bedroom one living room apartment.
The rent is $725 per month, parking is $50 extra, internet, gas, electricity not included.
Two girls are living in the living room. They are very nice people.
Available for move in on December 17th, 2014. The lease ends on July 15th, 2015.
The room comes without any furniture. I have a queen size memory foam mattress, which is perfectly protected with a waterproof protector, a futon, a drawer cart, a table and four chairs. If you would like to take them, that would be $300 in total.
