Looking for Subletter for Spring 2017 for W. 30th Street Apartment

Hello!

I am looking for someone to sublet a space in an apartment in the Mary Ann Apartment building located at 1103 W. 30th Street for Spring 2017. It is a one bedroom, two person apartment that comes furnished with a twin bed, a dresser, a couch, a dining table, and kitchen appliances.

My roommate is very nice and laid back. She is a junior film production major and she has a very cute dog named Patch who loves to be around people.

The location is very convenient-- only a block and a half away from the McClintock and Jefferson entrance to campus.

Rent is $800/ month, and I am looking for someone interested in subletting through May.

Let me know if this sounds like it might what you are looking for! I am more than willing to set up a time for you to come check out the apartment.
