Looking for 1-3 female subletters Spring 2017 in 2bd2bath West 27th Place Apts

Subleasing one to three bed spaces at West 27th Place Apartments, 530 W. 27th St Los Angeles, from Dec 15 to July 31! You can move it at any time in December or January, December rent will already be paid for! Our apartment is a spacious two bedroom apartment located on the seventh floor with an large balcony overlooking the pool! Everything is included in the price of rent except electricity: 24 hr gym, pool and hot tub, rec room with free printers and computers, study rooms, TV with cable, Wifi, full kitchen and living room, indoor bike storage room, and an in-unit washer/dryer! Price is very negotiable! West 27th Place is conveniently located one block away from Greek Row, close to many different dining options, and only a 10 minute walk from campus.
