Sublease for spring semester! ($815)

Hi! A spot in my house is available from January to end of May! There are 8 spots in my unit; four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so you would be part of a double bedroom. All of my housemates are women. There is a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and a shared common area.

The room would come with an IKEA twin bed, an IKEA desk, a chair and a mini fridge (to share with roommate). Rent is $815 a month (not including utilities) and there is an available gated parking spot for an extra $100 a month. We are on the west side of campus, but still only a 15 minute walk to the center of campus and even less if you skateboard or scooter. We are also in Fryft zone.
