Tuscany apartment available for Spring 2023 sublease

Hi! My roommates and I are subleasing a 3bed3bath apartment at Tuscany for the Spring 2023 semester (and summer if desired). Depending on your budget and how many people, one bedroom or the whole apartment can be subleased! The building comes with amenities such as a pool/hotub, rooftop, gym, parking garage, and laundry/study rooms (with free printing!). The apartment has a large balcony overlooking Figueroa, directly above Chic Fil-A. There is central AC/Heating and a shared living space. Water is included, but gas and electric are not included. The price for one bedroom is $2,330, however to share it is $1,165 each! The room will become available January 1st.
