I'm sure there are several of us here who have walked this road, and you have our prayers. My mom's was about five years ago.

Father, thank You for hearing when we call. Thank You for loving us and keeping us near Your heart. Please be with Karen's father during this surgery. Please guide the doctors and nurses to do their absolute best. Please let this take care of all of his problems, and never have any further heart problems. In Jesus' name, Amen.
