There is a new link on the OFA page regarding the TVD Research that the U of Penn is doing. The research team is in need of blood samples from affected dogs as well as their immediate relatives (affected or unaffected).

The grant will also pay for echos on direct relatives of affected dogs (i.e. parents, grand parents).
