LabraData updates - need your input

We now have a design plan and estimate for several upgrades to LabraData services. The first one we would like to implement will offer a dog record display that is similar to OFA. The current dog information in the top half of the screen will remain the same, but the default lower display will offer a vertical listing of "Relatives" with clickable links to each dog's full record. Unlike OFA or many of the other databases that have links to other records from a base page, you will be able to click a button to "Mark" a dog as being the primary record. When you have wandered several screens and dogs into your browsing, you can click on a "Fetch" button to return to the marked dog record. This will allow users to wander through many pages of information for relatives and still get back to the original dog easily. We hope users will enjoy this new feature AND appreciate the ability to click their button to return home at any time.

So, how can all of you help us??? We need to know what sort of information you would find useful on the relatives list. This will be a short, horizontal display of data to give a "nutshell" overview for each of the dogs. Since many of you have used other databases and lists, please comment on what features you find most desirable and those you feel are a waste of space. We want LabraData to be as user friendly as possible, so we need the users to give us a bit of friendly advice. Thanks for your input.
