For old and new alike, the death last May 2009 of Arthur & Peggy Kelley of the famed Braking kennel was one of deep sadness. Recently, I had the opportunity to be on a judging panel in the Netherlands with David Craig and learned of the obituary he published in the UK in Dog World on these two long time mentors and great friends of his. Both Mr. & Mrs. Kelley died within a day of each other, being well into their 90s. The contribution to the world of Labradors from the Bradking lines is, without a doubt, astounding.
