There seems to be some confusion about whether or not I ever said a previous edition was my last. For the record - I didn't. There have been regular editions, supplemental editions, an occasional skipped year, a foundation edition, a year or two on disk later printed into book form, one or two editions all in color, several editions just in black and white, but never a LAST edition until now. After 40 years, the 2010 will be the final Julie Brown's Directory. I will not do another.I announced this in 2008 when I decided to skip 2009 and that is why it may seem like you heard it before but it was always in reference to this coming edition, 2010.
There is always the possibility someone will pick up the reins and carry on as they did in the UK but there will never be another Julie Brown's because I will not permit anyone to use my name and I will not do another after 2010.I hope that clarifies whatever confusion exists.
