Would they be interested in a retiree from a Shelter or Rescue. Many have been turned in due to financial problems and the economy. It is very sad. There is a Shelter in S.C. that is regularly popping up on my FB page that is High Kill too. It would be a wonderful gesture and the dogs seem to be evaluated and have histories. Just a thought????????

It's hard to find a old dog because owners are attach to it. I will try looking for one. Do you want a Poodle?

and Poodles? (referring to your other thread on poodles) The OP is on a Lab board because obviously this family wants a retired Lab, not a poodle (I would think)
