Re: Pet owner dog training books or DVDs recommendations?

"Training Levels, Steps to Success" by Sue Alisby. Unfortunately, it costs $60 for the two volumes, but really is the BEST book for training a dog to do anything! It takes you step by easy step through the basics to more complex exercises, all with clicker training.

If that's too expensive/complicated, I'd recommend anything by Ian Dunbar, Sirius Puppy Training.

Love these booklets ~ https://www.superpuppy.com/spbook.html

Relatively inexpensive and most of it is good information. I always have a quick glance through it before I give them to my puppy buyers so that if they have any questions, I'm prepared to answer.

You can also get volume discounts, so ask your breeder friends if they want to order some and take advantage of the lower cost.
