AKC online litter registration problems, how would you deal with this?

Registered a litter online over 2 weeks ago. I got an e-mail late last Friday night saying they hadn't received stud owner confirmation. Contact stud owner, he hadn't received any reminders, quickly did his part. E-mailed AKC online services and asked to send registrations quickly as pups go home February 18th. Received a conformation that litter is registered but forms would be sent out in "3-5 business days". Of course, their notice was sent at the beginning of the weekend. Well, here we are, still no papers! I ususally have families fill out forms in front of me and give me a check to AKC and send them all in together. Any phone numbers I should call, advice to on how to handle this?

You can have your puppy owners write a check made payable to AKC. You fill out all the information on the registration form and mail to AKC. I do this. AKC registration of do in my puppy owner's name does not require their signature. The registation is mailed from the AKC directly to the puppy owner. Of course, I have it stated in my contract that I will complete the AKC registration, mail it to AKC, and that AKC will forward the owner registration directly to my puppy owner within 8wks after I complete my part. This allows for all processing time by saying 8weeks.

Thanks! AKC e-mailed me a Full litter Offspring Plus registration form on which I'll have families fill in their part. This will then cost families only $10 which is cool also.

Post above helped me understand how this works (OK, 10 pups at 8 weeks old is enough to make anyone ditsy :)
