We use it every time we breed and love it. We know at 25-28 days whether or not our girl is pregnant and it's been very accurate. When we've tried to use it earlier, say on day 21, if the bitch is only carrying one or two pups, you may get a false negative, as I just don't think their hormones are strong enough to make the test show positive at that point.
Seems like it would be a great test to use if it's accurate.
I've used the Premate test with 100% success. But it requires
mixing and keeping the vials chilled. The witness LH test seem
pretty simple with quick results.
In the area I'm in it takes almost two days for results on a regular
blood draw and sent to the lab. That's just too long to wait, you could
miss the breeding.
