Can dogs get "colds" or hay fever? My 7-year old female started sneezing a couple of days ago. Mostly in the morning, only occassionally in the afternoon. We don't have foxtails in the neighborhood. Any ideas?

My vet once told me that a dog sneezes when something is in their nose .. for example: a tumor, fuzzies from a stuffed animal, etc. They sneeze to release.

Have you girl checked by a vet. It could be nothing serious but if she has been sneezing for a couple days, there most certainly is a reason.

My puppies sneeze when I use Lysol on the floor of the puppy pen. It only lasts a few minutes whenever I clean. Have you changed any cleaning solution lately?
