I feed the same food they have been getting all along with no supplements. Do not feed puppy food or add calcium - that can cause very bad problems. There are about a million foods and feeding theories out there. Mine is to take advantage of the millions of dollars of research done by a company who is proven supportive of the dog fancy - Purina.
I use Purina too, and no supplementation except for maybe some folic acid, and I feed moms PP Performance (it's now called Sport 30/20) and wean babies either on to PPP puppy chicken and rice, or PP Performance.
