Have any of you trademarked your kennel logo? If you did, what did you use for category and proof? I tried sending my website and financial agreement but they said it was not correct.

State or federal registration? The state forms are usually pretty simple with a list of classes of goods and services.

Goods would be live animals, sporting dogs, etc. Services would be boarding or training or something similar.

I have a state registration for live animals, namely sporting dogs and used a bill of sale and business card as proof of use.
