What is the formula for hot spots? I remember it being witch hazel and vinegar, but don't remember the name of the vinegar or proportions. Thanks

Linda - this "recipe" was given to me by a Standard Poodle breeder. Clean the area with a white paper towel soaked in warm water. Let the area dry. Take a cotton ball with white vinegar and dab it on the hot spot - let that dry. Put medicated powder on a powder puff and dab the area. The vinegar brings back the ph level and the medicated powder stops itching/scratching and an infection from spreading.
