Tired of getting my fingers chomped off!

help!! problem with domain -traffic allowance
My dot easy website domain says : This website is currently unavailable due to exceeded traffic quota. Please visit again later. I went to my file manager, and I cannot view my traffic allowance, a screen pops up, and wants me to pay extra to get more space....
